Marcia Davis-Dawkins
Reading Teacher, passionate educator and Founder of Arthur Henry Organization. As a teacher and adjunct professor, Marcia simply loves to see the spark in students’ faces when they finally say, “I get it!! It is no wonder that after volunteering to read to a group of students in her country of origin that she felt that there was promise, possibility and great potential in the students and wanted to give back to community. This will no doubt help to expand the legacy of her grandfather, Arthur Henry. Marcia earned her doctorate degree in Curriculum & Instruction and a Masters Degree in Differentiated Instructions.
Parisse Dawkins
Daughter of Marcia and great granddaughter of Arthur Henry, Parisse is the creative mind behind the Arthur Henry Organization. She earned her MBA in Media Management and will continue to dream the dreams as she inspires talented young minds to reach for the stars.
Henry Grant
Henry is one of Arthur Henry’s many grandchildren, Marcia’s brother, as well as the technical driving force behind Arthur Henry Organization. As an advocate for education, he consistently works towards being instrumental in students’ promises, possibilities and potential by providing guidance and resources. He challenges the young minds but is not able to garner the full suite of equipment required to engage the youths for prolonged period. Extra assistance is necessary to turn vision into reality.
Shawn Grant-PENNICK
As a granddaughter and Marcia’s sister, Shawn will be instrumental in enhancing Arthur Henry’s legacy. She is an education advocate and has two amazing daughters and instills in them that “Time and tide waits for no man.” She has a Bachelors in Hospitality Management with a minor in Marketing and she believes like Mahatma Ghandi that, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service for others.”
